Alberta QP Source professional
Description
Alberta QP Source Professional is a fully searchable database of the current text of Alberta's statutes, regulations and Rules of Court. It also includes the Alberta Gazette (1996 to present) and Orders-in-Council (1967 to present), Tables of Public and Private Statutes and the Index of Regulations.
Conditions of Use
Use of this database is restricted to registered clients at the libraries' physical facilities. It is the responsibility of each user to ensure compliance with existing copyright legislation. Users may download or print and retain single copies for the purpose of legal research or private study. Legal research includes research for the purpose of advising clients, providing opinions, arguing cases and preparing briefs and factums.
