The LexisNexis® database contains over 36,000 sources of legal, news, business and public records information including legal materials from Canada, US and other international jurisdictions; Canadian full text and digest decisions; US federal and state caselaw; US Codes, statutes and bills; over 600 legal journals; and Shepard's case citator.
Conditions of Use
Use of this database is restricted to registered clients at the libraries' physical facilities. It is the responsibility of each user to ensure compliance with existing copyright legislation. Users may download or print and retain single copies for the purpose of legal research or private study. Legal research includes research for the purpose of advising clients, providing opinions, arguing cases and preparing briefs and factums.
