Quicklaw
Description
The Quicklaw™ database contains 2500 sources of full text decisions from Canadian courts, boards and tribunals; topical collections of decisions; digests of caselaw; federal and provincial bills, statutes and regulations; legal commentary including texts from Irwin Law and other publishers; international decisions from the US, UK and Commonwealth; and QuickCITE case citator.
Conditions of Use
Use of this database is restricted to registered clients at the libraries' physical facilities. It is the responsibility of each user to ensure compliance with existing copyright legislation. Users may download or print and retain single copies for the purpose of legal research or private study. Legal research includes research for the purpose of advising clients, providing opinions, arguing cases and preparing briefs and factums.
