The Westlaw Canada database contains the Canadian Abridgment; Canadian Encyclopedic Digest; comprehensive coverage of Canadian caselaw including full coverage of Carswell's 23 print law reports; federal and provincial statutes and regulations; Canadian law reviews and journals; and KeyCiteCanada® case citator.

Conditions of Use

Use of this database is restricted to registered clients at the libraries' physical facilities. It is the responsibility of each user to ensure compliance with existing copyright legislation. Users may download or print and retain single copies for the purpose of legal research or private study. Legal research includes research for the purpose of advising clients, providing opinions, arguing cases and preparing briefs and factums.
